Burton Cutright, to amend the proffers previously adopted with the rezoning for the properties located at 1200, 1220, 1225 and 1255 Harrison Creek Blvd, Tax Parcels 040030801, 040030805, 040030806, and 04003080, respectively. The purpose is to permit the construction of five (5) structures with a total of 120 units of housing. b. 2023-REZ-02: A request from Lingerfelt Development, LLC to rezone the property located at 3287 County Drive, Tax Parcel 061020001 from B-2 Commercial District to M-2, Heavy Industrial District. The purpose is to permit a heavy industrial use. c. 2023-ZTA-01: A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – B-2 Zoning District to amend permitted uses from RB to R-3 and requiring a Special Use Permit for uses permitted in the R-5 Zoning District, including multi-family residential uses.  d. 2023-ZTA-02: A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – To Add the definition of Short- Term Rentals and regulations for the use. e. 2023-ZTA-03: A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – To amend the definition of a Nightclub to include the Building Code definition. f. 2023-REZ-02: A request from the City of Petersburg to rezone the properties located at 2243 Squirrel Level Rd, 2235 Squirrel Level Rd, 2217 Squirrel Level Rd, 2205 Squirrel Level Rd, 2230 Wells Rd, 2214 Wells Rd, 2339 Squirrel Level Rd, Parcels 076010001, 076010002, 076010004, 076010005, 076010007, 076010008, 076010016, respectively from A, Agriculture District to R-1A, Single-Family Residence District.
