MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL GEORGE FINA MUNICIPAL BUILDING - 314 EDMOND ROAD NORTHWEST Monday, March 23, 2020 6:30pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilman Albert Gliechmann, Councilman John Brown, Mayor Kurt Mayabb, Mayor Pro Tem Kevan Blasdel. Councilman Bobby Williamson and Councilman Melissa Ashford present via phone. ABSENT: None STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk Jennifer Smith and Fire Chief Andy Logan. 1. CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Kurt Mayabb called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. 2. ROLL CALL - City Clerk Jennifer Smith called roll and a quorum was present. 3. CONSENT AGENDA - All items on the consent agenda are non-controversial and may be approved by one motion for items. a) Acceptance of the road project located at 2209 Moffat Rd. b) Approval of application 3 and 4 of the 2209 Moffat Rd. for payment. Councilman John Brown made a motion to approve all items on the consent agenda. Motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Kevan Blasdel. The Vote was: AYE: Councilman Albert Gliechmann, Councilman John Brown, Mayor Pro Tem Kevan Blasdel, and Councilman Melissa Ashford. NAY: None 4. BUSINESS ITEMS – a.) Discussion, consideration and possible action on resolution 3-26-2020 to rescind April 7, 2020 as an election for Wards 3 and 5 and change the date of the election to June 30,2020. Councilman John Brown made a motion to approve business item a. Motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Kevan Blasdel. The Vote was: AYE: Councilman Albert Gliechmann, Councilman John Brown, Mayor Pro Tem Kevan Blasdel, and Councilman Melissa Ashford. NAY: None b.) Discussion, consideration and possible action on postponing today’s regularly scheduled monthly  City Council meeting to a future date set by the council. A motion was not made for business item b. 5.
