SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL GEORGE FINA MUNICIPAL BUILDING - 314 EDMOND ROAD NORTHWEST Thursday March 5, 2020 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilman Albert Gliechmann, Councilman John Brown, Mayor Kurt Mayabb, Mayor Pro Tem Kevan Blasdel, Councilman Bobby Williamson, and Councilman Melissa Ashford. ABSENT: None STAFF PRESENT: City Clerk Jennifer Smith and Fire Chief Andy Logan. 1. CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Kurt Mayabb called meeting to order at 6:07pm. 2. ROLL CALL - City Clerk Jennifer Smith called roll and a quorum was present. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS a) Discussion, consideration and possible action on asking the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector’s Office to perform an audit for the City of Piedmont. Councilman John Brown made a motion to have staff propose a request to the state auditors to investigate the expenditure on the purchase of two vehicles. Motion was seconded by Councilman Melissa Ashford. The Vote was: AYE: Councilman John Brown, Mayor Pro Tem Kevan Blasdel, and Councilman Melissa Ashford.
