CITY OF PIEDMONT – PARK & RECREATION BOARD George Fina Municipal Building 314 Edmond Road NW Wednesday, June 17, 2020 6:30 p.m. 1) CALL TO ORDER – Chairman 2) ROLL CALL – City Secretary 3) CONSENT AGENDA – All items on the consent agenda are non-controversial and may be approved by one motion. a) Approval of Minutes – There was no Quorum present for the October 2019 meeting, the December 2019 meeting or the February 2020 meeting. 4) CONSIDERATION OF ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA – 5) PUBLIC HEARING – Topics to include those items not listed in the agenda. 6) BUSINESS ITEMS – a. Discussion, Consideration and possible action to apply for funding with the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Piedmont is eligible to apply for funds in this program to update ADA compliance and/or to build new or more features. Applications are due at the end of July.
