MOTION TO OPEN PUBLIC HEARING
A. Discussion, consideration, and possible action a short form subdivision application at Richland Road
NW, S of Ash NW. The North One-Half (N/2) of the North One-half (N/2) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE/4); and the South One-Half (S/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 14, Township 14
North, Range 6 West of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County, Oklahoma. Containing 80 Acres
more or less.
MOTION TO CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
A2. Discussion, consideration, and possible action a short form subdivision application at Richland Road
NW, S of Ash NW. The North One-Half (N/2) of the North One-half (N/2) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE/4); and the South One-Half (S/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 14, Township 14 North,
Range 6 West of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County, Oklahoma. Containing 80 Acres more or less.

B. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on the rezone application at a tract of land lying in the
South Half (S/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Fourteen (14)
North, Range Six (6) West of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County, Oklahoma, being more
particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the NE/4 of said
Section 14; thence S00°08'08"E along the East line of said NE/4 a distance of 1320.57 feet to the
Northeast corner of said S/2-NE/4 and to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
S00°08'08"E along the East line of said NE/4 a distance of 350.00 feet; thence S89°53'09"W a distance
of 250.00 feet; thence N00°08'08"W a distance of 350.00 feet to a point on the North line of said S/2-
NE/4; thence N89°53'09"E along the North line of said S/2-NE/4 a distance of 250.00 feet to the
Northeast corner of said S/2-NE/4 and to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 87,500 Sq. Ft. or
2.008 Acres, more or less from A-1 to RE-1.
