SPECIAL AGENDA SUMMARY- PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Patrick Scott, Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman,
Commissioner James Fickes and Commissioner Brock Garrison
ABSENT: Commissioner Jennifer Ochoa
STAFF PRESENT: Community Development Director Julie Steele and
City Secretary Morgan Clark
1. CALL TO ORDER- Vice Chairman Patrick Scott called the meeting to order at 6:14pm
2. ROLL CALL- City Secretary Morgan Clark called roll and a quorum was present
3. HEARING OF CITIZENS- Topics to include those items listed in the agenda.
4. BUSINESS ITEMS:
OPEN/CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Chairman Patrick Scott opened and closed public hearing without objection.
A. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a Special Use Permit for an event center at
the follow residential property:
A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Fourteen (14) North,
Range Five (5) West of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
A#11, PT NE/4 Beginning 745.35’ S of NE/C; Thence South 248.45’ West 878.39’
(2901 Mustang Rd NE).
Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman made a motion to adopt the report as stated by city staff and the Planning
Commission Board. Commissioner Brock Garrison seconded this motion.
This recommendation was for denial.
VOTE WAS:
AYE: Chairman Patrick Scott, Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman, Commissioner James Fickes, and
Commissioner Brock Garrison
NAY: NONE
5. ADJOURN- Vice Chairman Patrick Scott adjourned the meeting at 6:57PM
