1. CALL TO ORDER- Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman called the meeting to order at 6:00pm
2. ROLL CALL- City Secretary Morgan Clark called roll and a quorum was present.
3. CONSENT AGENDA- All items on the consent agenda are non-controversial and may be approved by
one motion for items.
A. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes on February 5th, 2024.
Commissioner Brock Garrison made a motion to approve all items on the consent agenda. Commissioner James
Fickes seconded this motion.

A. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on the presentation from SRB on the 2040
Comprehensive Plan.
SRB presented the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to the Planning Commission.
Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman opened the public hearing without objection.
James Land, the owner, stated that this is family-owned property and they are wanting to split it into 3
lots so the children can build house there as well.

commission’s approval. They are aware that it is contingent upon the installation of the fire hydrants.
There is a 17ft right-of-way street dedication.

Commissioner Brock Garrison made a motion to approve Item 5E contingent upon the approval of the final
