1. CALL TO ORDER- Chairman Patrick Scott called the meeting to order at 6:00pm
2. ROLL CALL- City Secretary Morgan Clark called roll and a quorum was present.
3. CONSENT AGENDA- All items on the consent agenda are non-controversial and may be approved by
one motion for items.

Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman made a motion to approve Items A, B, and C. Commissioner Brock Garrison
seconded this motion.

Chairman Patrick Scott opened and closed the public hearing without objection.
A. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a lot split application at 1432 Piedmont Road
North. The legal description of the property is as follows:
A Tract of land in the NW ¼ of Section 33, T14N, R5W of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County,
Oklahoma, described as follows: Commencing at the NW Corner of said NW ¼; THENCE S 00 000’12” E
on the West Line of said NW ¼ a distance of 580.00 feet; THENCE N 89059’48” E a distance of 65.00 feet
to the Point or Place of Beginning; THENCE N 89059’48” E a distance of 295.00 feet; THENCE S
00000’12” E a distance of 100.00 feet; THENCE N 89059’48” E a distance of 300.00 feet; THENCE N
00000’12” W a distance of 354.52 feet to point 330.00 feet South of the North Line of said NW ¼;
THENCE S 89036’21” W and parallel to said North Line a distance of 300.01 feet; THENCE S 000 00’12”
E a distance of 202.45 feet; THENCE S 89059’48” W a distance of 295.00 feet to a point 65.00 feet East of

The applicant has requested the above property will be divided to create one (1) additional lot as

300.00 feet; Thence N 000 00’12” W a distance of 100.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said tract
having an area of 30,000.0 Square Feet or .69 Acres, more or less.
Chairman Patrick Scott made a motion to recommend approval. Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman seconded
this motion.

Chairman Patrick Scott opened the public hearing without objection.
Community Development Director, Julie Steele gave a staff report. Staff recommends denial based on the
additional traffic.
Commissioners asked staff additional questions about the application.
Chairman Patrick Scott closed the public hearing without objection.
B. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on an application to amend The Haven I Planned
Unit Development (PUD) at the following described property:
A part of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Five (5) West of the Indian
Meridian Canadian County, Oklahoma: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said SE/4 SE/4; Thence S
89°32’36” W along the South line of said SE/4 Se/4 a distance of 832.86 feet to the point of beginning;
Thence continuing S 89°32’36” W a distance of 495.15 feet to the Southwest Corner of the SE/4 SE/4;
Thence N 00°05’32” E along the West line of the SE/4 SE/4 a distance of 1319.53 feet to the Northwest
Corner of the SE/4 SE/4; Thence N 89°30’51” E along the North line of the SE/4 SE/4 a distance of 495.16
feet; Thence S 00°05’32” W a distance of 1319.78 feet to the point of beginning.
Discussion amongst the commissioners took place.
Chairman Patrick Scott made a motion table this item until the next meeting. No second. Motion died.
Commissioner Brock Garrison made a motion to recommend denial. No second. Motion died.
More discussion was had about the item.
Vice Chairman Kyle Cornman made a motion to recommend denial. Commissioner Brock Garrison
seconded this motion.
