MINUTES OF THE MANAGER’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE, HELD MAY 12th, 2016 AT 7:09 IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. Nicole called the meeting to order at 7:09 Present: Nicole Bratsch, Keala Bratsch, Caroline Goode, Natalie Campbell, Deborah James, Adam Gillihan, Dominic West, and Matthew Williams Item#1: Welcome and Attendance: All members present except Tanner Stewart. Item #2: Approval of April 21st Minutes: Keala Motions Nicole Seconds Item #3: June Meeting to Select New Applicants: - We will be meeting June 23rd at 11:00 Item #4: Other Business: May 21st movie in the park SAC Club help for the 4th of July Music for softball tournament The new town budget will be voted in on July 1st Pocket park in small space on Main Street Changes to Christmas Tree Lighting on another night than Show Low Next meeting will be on June 23rd.
