MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2019 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN
HALL LOCATED AT 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD.,
LAKESIDE, AZ 85929
A. Call to Order: Chairman Skyla Rigg called the meeting to order
At 7:07 a.m.
Pledge of Allegiance: Chairman Skyla led the Pledge of Allegiance.

B. Minutes:
B.1 Member Landon Rigg moved to approve the following minutes:
Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting November 14, 2019
The motion was seconded my Member Quinton Lawler and was carried with a 9-0 voice
vote
C. Old Business:
C.1 Review, Update and Discussion of project RAADR and presentation to school
RAADR hasn’t answered any calls or emails so Malania is going to try to get
ahold of them. SADD club said they would donate $100 but they need a
presentation
C.2 Discussion and update on Town’s Christmas Tree Lighting
4:30pm on December 6th at the Jack Barker Park. There will be a craft table,
Santa, and Ornament decorating.
D. New Business
D.1 Discussion on goals and priorities for 2020
Awareness about the Blue Ridge override. Putting grass in front of the high
school. Promote the kindness campaign and suicide awareness.
E. Public Comments:
Head Chair Rigg called for public comments.

F. Adjournment:
There being no further business at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 7:34 a.m.
