MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2019 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN
HALL LOCATED AT 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD.,
LAKESIDE, AZ 85929
A. Call to Order: Chairman Skyla Rigg called the meeting to order
At 7:02 a.m.
Pledge of Allegiance: Chairman Skyla led the Pledge of Allegiance.

B. Minutes:
B.1 Member Landon Rigg moved to approve the following minutes:
Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting October 17, 2019
The motion was seconded my Member Olivia and was carried with a 9-0 voice vote
C. Old Business:
C.1 Review, Update and Discussion of project RAADR
Approved by Mr. Webb and now we need to contact the RAADR people with an
assembly date.
C.2 Discussion and review of events: Cool Running & Fall Festival.
39 runners in 10k and the two miles. Next years theme for the fall festival is
“Living the Dream”
D. New Business
D.1 Discussion, Update and Legal Action concerning Trunk or Treat
10 trunks currently and the motion to get gift baskets to the winners of the
costume contest was moved my Member Quinton Lawler and the motion was seconded
by Member Olivia Everingham
D.2 Discussion and Update on Town’s Christmas Tree Lighting Event.
The event will take place in Jack Barker Park on December 6th from 5:30pm to
8:00pm
E. Public Comments:
Chairman Rigg called for public comments.
Keith Johnson handed out Sunrise Youth Haunted Hotel tickets.
F. Adjournment:
There being no further business at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 7:23 a.m.
