MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE MAYOR’S YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2019 IN THE PINETOP-LAKESIDE TOWN HALL LOCATED AT 325 W. WHITE MOUNTAIN BLVD., LAKESIDE, AZ 85929 A. Call to Order: Chairman Skyla Rigg called the meeting to order At 7:05 a.m. Pledge of Allegiance: Chairman Skyla led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: The following members were present: Paris Poppen Member Quinton Lawler Member Skyla Rigg Chairman Anneliese Goode Member Megan Lawler Member Landon Rigg Member Paige Flake Member Also present: Malaina Spillman Recreation Coordinator Keith Johnson Town Manager Stephanie Irwin Mayor B. Minutes: B.1 Member Landon Rigg moved to approve the following minutes: Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting August 15, 2019 The motion was seconded my Member Quinton Lawler and was carried with a 9-0 voice vote Discussion change the date and change head chair to chair person or chairman C. Old Business: - None C.1 Review, Update and Discussion of project RAADR A RAADR committee was created members include Vice-Chair Rebekah, Member Everingham, Member Landon Rigg and Member Flake. D. New Business  D.1 Financial report and Update on Funds Raised for upcoming MYAC projects More pavers for Jack Barker park and make revenue and expense accounts for MYAC D.2 Review, Discussion on Legal action Regarding Fundraising at Movies in the park September 21, 2019 Movies in the park cancelled D.3 Discussion and Update on upcoming events: Movies in the Park, Cool Runnings, Fall Festival Parade & Trunk or Treat Cool Runnings MYAC members can help with registration. Homecoming royalty in the Fall Festival parade. Trunk or Treat on October 26th MYAC can have costume contest with prizes. D.4 Review and Discussion of Arizona League of Cities and Towns. Connect the younger generation with the senior citizens such as serve them lunch, play games, and even have a dance. E. Public Comments: Head Chair Rigg called for public comments. None F.
