TOWN OF PINETOP-LAKESIDE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA Tuesday, January 20, 2015 Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Pinetop-Lakeside Planning & Zoning Commission and to the general public that the Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers located at 1360 N. Niels Hansen Lane, Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona. AGENDA 6:00 p.m. REGULAR MEETING: 1. Call to Order and Ascertain Quorum. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Call to the Public. Action taken as a result of public comment is limited to directing staff to study the matter and reschedule for further consideration at a later date. The Commission may provide limited response to items that are not on the agenda. Individuals are limited to three (3) minutes for presentation. 4. Consent Agenda a. Approval of regular meeting minutes for November 18, 2014. b. Approval of regular meeting minutes for December 2, 2014. c. Approval of regular meeting minutes for January 6, 2015. 5. Information/Discussion/Legal Action Re: Open Space definition and review of Open Space in Town Code. 6. Staff Reports: No action will be taken. a. Update on General Plan. 7.
