Council Minutes July 31, 2017 – 7:00 p.m. Special Called Meeting The Pinson City Council met in Council Chambers at 4410 Main Street on Monday, July 31, 2017. Roll Call: Marie Turner, City Clerk, called roll of Pinson City Council with the following council members present: Mayor Sanders Councilor Tanner Councilor Galamore Councilor Roberts Councilor Churchwell Absent: Councilor Tanner Councilor McCain Councilor Roberts offered a motion to approve Change Order #1 and Change Order #3 regarding the Rock School Roof Replacement Phase 2, in the amount of $33,850.00. Councilor Galamore duly seconded the motion. Mayor Sanders called for any discussion. After brief discussion, Mayor Sanders called for all opposed to say "no", all in favor say "aye." Mayor Sanders" Let the record reflect the motion passed unanimously." Councilor Churchwell moved to adjourn. Councilor Galamore duly seconded the motion.
