MINUTES TOWN OF PITTSBORO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WORKSESSION – NEW TOWN HALL FEASIBILITY STUDY OCTOBER 29, 2018 6:30 PM-8:30 PM Mayor Perry stated the purpose of the meeting was to hold a workshop on the New Town Hall Feasibility Study. ATTENDANCE Members present: Mayor Cindy S. Perry, Commissioner John Bonitz, Michael Fiocco and Bett Wilson Foley. Commissioner Jay Farrell was absent due to surgery. Mayor Pro Tem Pamela Baldwin was absent as well. Staff present: Manager Bryan Gruesbeck, Clerk Alice F. Lloyd, Attorney Paul S. Messick, Jr. and Finance Director Heather Meacham.
