MINUTES TOWN OF PITTSBORO BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2020 SPECIAL CLOSED MEETING 6:30 PM Mayor Jim Nass called the meeting to order and asked for a moment of silence. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Farrell. Commissioner Bonitz made motion and seconded by Commissioner Fiocco to go into Closed Session. Vote Aye-4 Nay-0 NEW BUSINESS I. Town Manager Selection. Action recommended: Discussion. r Commissioner Fiocco made motion and seconded by Commissioner Bonitz to go out of Closed Session. Vote Aye-5 Nay-0 Commissioner Bonitz made motion and seconded by Commissioner Fiocco to go into Open Session. Vote Aye-5 Nay-0 COMMISSIONER CONCERNS Commissioner Bonitz mentioned to Interim Town Manager Bob Morgan about the Electric Vehicle Service. He advised he believes we are not charging any dollars for transactions on the meter. He believes we need to start. As of July I, he believes we will start getting charged. He would like to know if staff can investigate this . Board agreed to allow Town Staff to follow up on charges.
