Materials, Finishes and Colors – City Of Placerville Development Guide Update On December 19, 2013 the Committee continued the review, discussion and assistance to the Planning Commission regarding Section 4 of Chapter IV of the Development Guide to the January 16, 2014 Regular Meeting. Staff requests the advice and assistance of the Historical Advisory Committee for Planning Commission consideration as to an update to Chapter IV: Architectural Design Guidelines of the Development Guide. 7.
