The Committee shall not take action on this item. The Chairperson reserves the right to limit the speaker’s time to three minutes. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Draft Downtown Placerville Historic District A. Video Presentation: Presentation by Member Hardy of draft video. Committee is to consider approval of the presentation and to advise Development Services staff for use of video. B. Advisement / Recommendation to City Council: Committee to consider formal advisement/recommendation to City Council regarding the Draft Downtown Placerville Historic District, including the June 2012 Committee approved draft Downtown Placerville Historic District Map, video presentation, etc. 8. DISCUSSION: Historical Advisory Committee Duties: At the January 16, 2014 Regular Meeting, the Committee requested a discussion item to review the duties of the Committee.
