New Business 669 Bee Street – Conditional Use Permit 2014-05: The Committee is requested to advise and make recommendations to the Planning Commission with respect to the CUP 2014-05 project, a request by HUB Connection, Inc. to operate a teen center as an after school program at the former Westside Church located at 669 Bee Street. No exterior alteration of site buildings is proposed. Project site is adjacent to the Coloma-Spring Streets Residential Historic District.
