MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF FEBRUARY 4, 2019 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held February 4, 2019. 6. OPEN MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE SEATS EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2019 (Mr. Warren) The Staff Liaison will provide a brief update on the three Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee seats that expired effective March 1, 2019. 7. PROPOSED MEASURE L FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE PACIFIC STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (CIP #41905) IN THE AMOUNT OF $38,200 AND A $7,258 COMMITMENT TO THE MEASURE L FUND OPERATING RESERVE (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the following recommendations to the City Council: 1. Approve a $38,200 budget appropriation from the Measure L Fund unassigned fund balance for the Pacific Street Pavement Rehabilitation-From Clark Street to Cedar Ravine Road project (CIP #41905); and 2. DRAFT STREET, SEWER SYSTEM, AND WATER SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEARS 2019/2020 (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present the Draft Street, sewer system, and water system Capital Improvement Program projects for Fiscal Year 2019/2020. 9. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Election of Officers, Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, Measure H Fund balance projections for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 and 2019/2020, Measure L Fund balance projections for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 and 2019/2020, and proposed street, sewer system, and water system CIP projects for Fiscal Year 2019/2020. 10.
