MINUTES OF THE MEASURE H SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF April 3, 2014 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held April 3, 2014. 6. PROPOSED WATERING RESTRICTIONS (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will review the proposed watering restrictions that are in response to the continued drought conditions. 7. MEASURE H FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORTS (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure H Fund financial reports for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. 8. FORECASTED MEASURE H SALES TAX REVENUES AND FUND BALANCE FOR FISCAL YEARS 2013/2014 AND 2014/2015 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will review the forecasted Measure H Sales Tax revenues and fund balance analysis for Fiscal Years 2013/2014 and 2014/2015. ________________________________________________________________________ Measure H Sales Tax Committee Meeting Page 2 Visit us on “The Web” at www.cityofplacerville.org 9. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Status update on all active sewer and water Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Projects, proposed sewer and/or water CIP projects for Fiscal Year 2014/2015 project(s), and development of the Committee’s recommendations to the City Council for Fiscal Year 2014/2015. 10.
