OPEN SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2. ROLL CALL: Cumpston, Granados, Rodman, VanSickle, Zangari 3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA: 4. COMMUNICATIONS: 5. MINUTES OF THE MEASURE H SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF April 24, 2014 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held April 24, 2014. 6. WATERING RESTRICTIONS (Mr. Warren): A copy of the Public Notice addressing the new watering restrictions recently adopted by the City Council is included in the agenda packet for informational purposes only. 7. WATER CONSUMPTION TRENDS (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide an update on Citywide water consumption since the Stage 2 Water Supply Warning was declared. 8. PROPOSED SEWER AND WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014/2015 (Mr. Stong): The City Engineer will present proposed sewer and water Capital Improvement Program projects for Fiscal Year 2014/2015. 10. RECOMMENDATION(S) TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014/2015 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will: 1. Review the Measure H Sales Tax Committee’s recommendations for Fiscal Year 2013/2014; and 2. Receive recommendations from the Measure H Sales Tax Committee for Fiscal Year 2014/2015. 11. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Election of Officers and development of the Committee’s recommendations to the City Council for Fiscal Year 2014/2015 (as needed). 12.
