ELECTION OF OFFICERS: 5.1 Nominations for Chairperson At this time, the Staff Liaison will request nominations from the Committee for the election of Chairperson. Any Committee Member may make a nomination, and a second. A voice vote will be taken. Following a majority vote by the Committee, the newly elected Chairperson will call for nominations for Vice-Chairperson. 5.2 The Chairperson Calls for Nominations for Vice-Chairperson The newly elected Chairperson will call for a motion and a second to nominate candidate(s) within the Committee for the position of Vice- Chairperson. Following a majority vote by the Committee, the elected Chairperson will call for nominations for Secretary. 5.3 The Chairperson Calls for Nominations for Secretary The newly elected Chairperson will call for a motion and a second to nominate candidate(s) within the Committee for the position of Secretary. MINUTES OF THE MEASURE H SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF June 4, 2015 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held June 4, 2015. 7. SEWER AND WATER CAPITAL CONNECTION CHARGES (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide an update on the proposed sewer and water Capital Improvement Charges. 8. PRELIMINARY COMMUNITY SURVEY RESULTS (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will review the preliminary results from the community survey conducted in July and August 2015 regarding the use of future Measure H sales tax revenues. 9. RECOMMENDATION(S) TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will receive any additional recommendations from the Measure H Sales Tax Committee for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. 10. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Draft results from the sewer and water rate study and the Measure H Fund financial reports for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. 11.
