OPEN SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2. ROLL CALL: Cumpston, Granados, Rodman, VanSickle, Zangari 3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA: 4. COMMUNICATIONS: 5. MINUTES OF THE MEASURE H SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF April 23, 2015 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held April 23, 2015. 6. WATERING RESTRICTIONS (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide an update on the emergency water conservation regulations recently adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board and their affect on the City’s existing water restrictions and local water conservation efforts. 7. SEWER AND WATER RATE STUDY (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide a status update on the sewer and water rate study that is currently underway. 8. DRAFT COMMUNITY SURVEY (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will review the draft community survey regarding the use of future Measure H sales tax revenues and receive comments and suggestions from the Committee. 10. RECOMMENDATION(S) TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will receive any additional recommendations from the Measure H Sales Tax Committee for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. 11. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Draft results from the sewer and water rate study and the Measure H Fund financial reports for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. 12.
