OPEN SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2. ROLL CALL: Cumpston, Granados, Rodman, VanSickle, Zangari 3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA: 4. COMMUNICATIONS: 5. MINUTES OF THE MEASURE H SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF JANUARY 22, 2015 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held January 22, 2015. 6. REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will review the recent reappointment of three Members of the Committee by the City Council. 7. WATERING RESTRICTIONS (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide an update on Governor Brown’s recent Executive Order and its affect on the City’s existing water restrictions and local water conservation efforts. 8. COMMUNITY SURVEY DEVELOPMENT UPDATE (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide an update on the development of a Community survey on the use of future Measure H sales tax revenues. 10. MEASURE H FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORTS (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measure H Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure H Fund financial reports for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. 11. FORECASTED MEASURE H SALES TAX REVENUES AND FUND BALANCE FOR FISCAL YEARS 2014/2015 AND 2015/2016 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will review the forecasted Measure H Sales Tax revenues and fund balance analysis for Fiscal Years 2014/2015 and 2015/2016. 12. PROPOSED SEWER AND WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present proposed sewer and water Capital Improvement Program projects for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. 13. RECOMMENDATION(S) TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will: 1. Review the Measure H Sales Tax Committee’s recommendations for Fiscal Year 2014/2015; and 2. Receive recommendations from the Measure H Sales Tax Committee for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. 14.
