MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF APRIL 13, 2017 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held April 13, 2017. 6. ACTIVE STREET CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT UPDATE (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present a status update on all active street related Capital Improvement Program projects. 7. PROPOSED STREET CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017/2018 (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present the proposed street Capital Improvement Program projects for Fiscal Year 2017/2018. 8.
