PUBLIC COMMENT - BRIEF – NON-AGENDA ITEMS: 4.1 Written Communication 4.2 Oral Communication 5. MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF APRIL 27, 2017 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held April 27, 2017. 6. FORECASTED MEASURES H AND L SALES TAX REVENUES AND FUND BALANCE FOR FISCAL YEARS 2017/2018 THROUGH 2021/2022 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will review the forecasted Measures H and L Sales Tax revenues and fund balance analysis for Fiscal Years 2017/2018 through 2021/2022. 7. PROPOSED STREET, SEWER SYSTEM, AND WATER SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEARS 2017/2018 THROUGH 2021/2022 (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present the proposed street, sewer system, and water system Capital Improvement Program projects for Fiscal Year 2017/2018 through 2021/2022. ________________________________________________________________________ Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee Meeting Page 2 Visit us on “The Web” at www.cityofplacerville.org 8. USES FOR FUTURE MEASURE H FUNDS (Mr. Warren) In light of the Notice of Violation the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board issued to the City recently and the necessary repairs that need to made to the City’s sewer system, Secretary Zangari asked that this item be added to the agenda so the Committee can continue its discussion about the uses for future Measure H funds. 9. RECOMMENDATION(S) TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017/2018 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will: 1. Review the Measure H Sales Tax Committee’s recommendations for Fiscal Year 2016/2017; and 2. Receive recommendations from the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee for Fiscal Year 2017/2018. 10. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Recommendations to the City Council for Fiscal Year 2017/2018. 11.
