MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF May 18, 2017 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held May 18, 2017. 6. SEWER AND WATER RATE STUDY UPDATE (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide a status update on the sewer and water rate study which is currently underway. 7. PROPOSED REVISIONS TO THE ADOPTED STREET, SEWER SYSTEM, AND WATER SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017/2018 (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present the proposed revisions to the adopted street, sewer system, and water system Capital Improvement Program Budget for Fiscal Year 2017/2018. ________________________________________________________________________ Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee Meeting Page 2 Visit us on “The Web” at www.cityofplacerville.org 8. PROMOTIONAL MEASURES H/L STREET SIGN CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS (Ms. Neves) The City Engineer will present the conceptual designs for the promotional Measures H/L Street signs and receive feedback from the Committee and the Public. 9. ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION(S) TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017/2018 (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will receive any additional recommendations from the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee for the City Council during Fiscal Year 2017/2018. 10. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Status update on the sewer and water rate study and the Measures H/L financial reports for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. 11.
