MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF November 16, 2017 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held November 16, 2017. 6. STREETS, SEWER SYSTEM, AND WATER SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT UPDATE (Ms. Neves) The City Engineer will present a status update on all active street, sewer system, and water system Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. 7. PROPOSED MEASURE H FUND BUDGET LIQUIDATION FROM THE CEDAR RAVINE ROAD PRESSURE REGULATING STATION (CIP #41405) IN THE AMOUNT OF $81,203.05 AND MEASURE H FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE SEWER LIFT STATION REHABILITATION, PHASE II PROJECT (CIP #40330) IN THE AMOUNT OF $73,415 (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee recommend to the City Council a $81,203.05 Measure H Fund budget liquidation from the Cedar Ravine Road Pressure Regulating Station (PRS) project and a $73,415 Measure H Fund budget appropriation to the Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation, Phase II project (CIP #40330). ________________________________________________________________________ Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee Meeting Page 2 Visit us on “The Web” at www.cityofplacerville.org 8. PROPOSED MEASURE L FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE GREEN VALLEY ROAD CRACK SEAL AND SLURRY PROJECT BETWEEN PLACERVILLE DRIVE AND THE CITY LIMITS PROJECT (CIP #41830) IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,000 (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee recommend to the City Council a $24,000 budget appropriation from the Measure L Fund for the Green Valley Road Crack Seal and Slurry between Placerville Drive and the City Limits project (CIP #41830). 9. PROPOSED MEASURE L FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE PLACERVILLE DRIVE CRACK SEAL AND SLURRY SEAL PROJECT BETWEEN RAY LAWYER DRIVE AND HIGHWAY 50 PROJECT (CIP #41831) IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee recommend to the City Council a $50,000 budget appropriation from the Measure L Fund for the Placerville Drive Crack Seal and Slurry between Ray Lawyer Drive and Highway 50 (CIP #41831). 10. MEASURE H FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. 11. MEASURE L FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. 12.
