MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF APRIL 19, 2018 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held April 19, 2018. 6. WATER AND WASTEWATER RATE NOTICE (Mr. Warren): A copy of the water and wastewater rate notice that was distributed with the May 2018 utility bills is included in the agenda packet for informational purposes only. 7. PROPOSED MEASURE H FUND AND MEASURE L FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGETS FOR FISCAL YEARS 2018/2019 (Ms. Neves): Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve a recommendation to the City Council to approve the proposed Measure H Fund and Measure L Fund Capital Improvement Program Budget appropriations for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 as presented. 9. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: The Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 and the Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 10.
