MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF May 17, 2018 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held May 17, 2018. 6. VACANT COMMITTEE SEAT UPDATE (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will present a brief update on the recruitment for the vacant business owner/commercial property owner Committee seat. 7. PROPOSED CHANGE IN MEETING DAY (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve changing its meeting day from Thursdays to Mondays. 8. ANNUAL MEASURES H/L SALES TAX REPORT UPDATE (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will present a brief update on the preparation of the annual Measures H/L Sales Tax Report to be distributed with the January 2019 utility bills. 10. MEASURE H FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. 11. MEASURE L FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. 12. PROPOSED MEASURE L FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE SIERRA TANK BYPASS PROJECT (CIP #41404) IN THE AMOUNT OF $475,675 (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee recommend to the City Council an additional $475,675 budget appropriation from the Measure L Fund for the Sierra Tank Bypass project (CIP #41404). 13. PROPOSED MEASURE H FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE FERRARI COURT/HOCKING STREET SEWERLINE RELOCATION PROJECT (CIP #41924) IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000 (Ms. Neves) Recommendation by the City Engineer that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee recommend to the City Council an additional $250,000 budget appropriation from the Measure H Fund for the Ferrari Court/Hocking Street project (CIP #41924). 14.
