MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF October 29, 2018 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held October 29, 2018. 6. NEW SALES TAX SOFTWARE AND ANALYTICS (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide a status update on the new sales tax software and analytics agreement with Hinderliter, De Llamas (HDL). 7. REVISED MEASURE H FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2018 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the revised Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. 9. MEASURE H FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. 10. REVISED MEASURE L FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2018 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the revised Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. 11. MEASURE L FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the revised Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. 12. DRAFT ANNUAL MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMIITTEE REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY (Ms. Neves and Mr. Warren ): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve a recommendation to the City Council to distribute the draft annual Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee Report to the Community with the January 2019 utility bills. 13.
