MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF JUNE 29, 2020 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held June 29, 2020. 6. MEASURE H AND MEASURE L STATISTICAL SALES TAX REPORTS FOR THE QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2020 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure H and Measure L statistical sales tax reports prepared by HDL for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. 7. DRAFT MEASURE H FUND AND MEASURE L FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGETS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020/2021 (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present the draft Fiscal Year 2020/2021 Measure H Fund Capital Improvement Program Budget and the Measure L Fund Capital Improvement Program Budget. 9. PROPOSED $647,937 MEASURE L FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE MOSQUITO ROAD STABILIZATION-CLAY STREET TO CITY LIMITS PROJECT (CIP #41819) (Ms. Neves): Recommendation by the City Engineer to approve a recommendation to the City Council to appropriate an additional $647,937 from the Fiscal 2020/2021 Measure L Fund net revenues for the Mosquito Road Stabilization-Clay Street to City Limits project (CIP #41819). 10. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Measure H Fund balance projections for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 and 2020/2021, Measure L Fund balance projections for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 and 2020/2021, Proposed street, sewer system, and water system CIP projects for Fiscal Year 2020/2021, and the Street, Sewer System, and Water System Capital Improvement Program project Highlights. 11.
