MINUTES OF THE MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMITTEE MEETING OF AUGUST 31, 2020 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee approve the minutes of the Committee meeting held August 31, 2020. 6. WATER AND WASTEWATER RATE INCREASE NOTICES (Mr. Warren): Copies of the water and wastewater notices that were distributed with the July 2020 and September 2020 utility bills are included in the agenda packet for informational purposes only. 7. MEASURE H FUND CONSTRUCTION RESERVE POLICY AND MEASURE L FUND CONSTRUCTION RESERVE POLICY (Mr. Warren): Copies of the Measure H Fund and Measure L Fund Construction Policies, staff report, and resolution that were approved by the City Council at its meeting held on October 29, 2020 are included in the agenda packet for informational purposes only. 8. STREETS, SEWER SYSTEM, AND WATER SYSTEM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS (Ms. Neves): The City Engineer will present a brief update on the major street, sewer system, and water system Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects funded by Measure H and/or Measure L sales taxes. ________________________________________________________________________ Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee Meeting Page 3 Visit us on “The Web” at www.cityofplacerville.org 9. MEASURE H FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2020 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. 10. MEASURE L FUND QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2020 (Mr. Warren): Recommendation by the Staff Liaison that the Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee acknowledge and file the Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. 11. HDL SALES TAX TRENDS AND ECONOMIC DRIVERS REPORT AS OF SEPTEMBER 2020 (Mr. Warren): A copy of the HDL Sales Tax Trends and Economic Drivers report is included in the agenda packet for informational purposes only. . 12. ANNUAL MEASURES H/L SALES TAX COMMIITTEE REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY UPDATE (Mr. Warren): The Staff Liaison will provide an update on the annual Measures H/L Sales Tax Committee Report to the Community as of June 30, 2020 that will be distributed with the January 2021 utility bills. 13. UPCOMING ITEMS: Items tentatively scheduled for the next Committee meeting include: Measure H Fund financial report for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, Measure L Fund financial report for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, poor condition or unpaved street discussion, and the street, sewer system, and water system Capital Improvement Program project Update. 14.
