Public Notice Placerville Planning Commission Public Hearing The Placerville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following agenda item: FILE: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 20-04, Site Plan Review (SPR) 20-04 – Therapy Stores. REQUEST: Consideration of Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review to operate a retail formula business land use, Therapy Stores, within the Central Business District (CBD) Zone. LOCATION: 339 Main Street, Placerville, CA. A.P.N.: 001-212-005; 001-212--006. Zone: Central Business District. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This requested activity is exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15061(a)(3). It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the formula business use, along with the addition of one on premise wall sign, would have a significant effect on the environment.
