This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $484,495, an increase of 7.053%, and of that amount $72,595 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year. Taxpayer Impact Statement THE MEDIAN-VALUED HOMESTEAD PROPERTY FOR TAX YEAR 2025 IS $110,377.
