Wilson - Present Meghan Henderson - Present 3. CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES (APPROVAL OR CORRECTION): Minutes: Curtis Jolly motioned to approve the meeting minutes from March 23, 2026. H.T. Wilson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Vote results: Ayes: 5 / Nays: 0 / Abstains: 0 a. Minutes - Stands approved as presented or corrected. 4. PUBLIC FORUM Minutes: Alisha Duncan spoke, thank you to Parks and Recreation. Curtis Jolly motioned to close public forum. Meghan Henderson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Vote results: Ayes: 5 / Nays: 0 / Abstains: 0 5. OLD BUSINESS: a. Renaming of Harvest Fest Minutes: Meghan Henderson motioned to keep the name of Climb a Truck. Cutis Jolly 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Vote results: Ayes: 5 / Nays: 0 / Abstains: 0 6. NEW BUSINESS: a. Christmas 2026: Grand Marshall & Parade Theme Minutes: Meghan Henderson motioned to nomintae former State Representative Mary Littleton as Grand Marshall with an alternate of Danny Rediker. Curtis Jolly 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Kerry Dennis motioned for the Christmas Parade theme to be Christmas Traditions. Meghan Henderson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Vote results: Ayes: 5 / Nays: 0 / Abstains: 0 b. Tennis Court Rules c. May meeting date (falls on Memorial Day) - Change date or cancel May meeting Minutes: Gary Garrett motioned to change May meeting date to May 18, 2026, if nothing on Agenda for date change, plan to cancel meeting then. OTHER BUSINESS Minutes: Tennis Courts: Leave 2 tennis courts open at all times, the others as multi use. Label courts by number. Courts 1 & 2 tennis, Courts 3 & 4 multi use. Pull one set of nets down to have as back up nets. Climb A Truck: Suggested to have food trucks along Walnut Grove Road. Speak with Police Chief Wheeler and find out if we can use the road.
