Minutes: Curtis Jolly motioned to approve the minutes from April 27, 2026. H. T. Wilson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Vote results: Ayes: 4 / Nays: 0 / Abstains: 0 4. PUBLIC FORUM Minutes: Kim Wilson with the United States Tennis Association(non-profit organization) spoke. Curtis Jolly motioned to close public forum. Meghan Henderson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Vote results: Ayes: 4 / Nays: 0 / Abstains: 0 5. OLD BUSINESS: 6. NEW BUSINESS: a. Tennis Request b. Kim Wilson - United States Tennis Association c. Set hours for Tennis Court Lighting Minutes: Curtis Jolly motioned to set 9:00 P.M. as cutoff time for lights at Tennis Courts. H. T. Wilson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. Curtis Jolly Motioned to adjust operating hours at Community Park to open at 6:00 AM and to close at 9:00PM every day. H.T. Wilson 2nd the motion. All Aye. Motion Passed. 7. OTHER BUSINESS a. Christmas Parade Grand Marshall - Mary Littleton has accepted the invite to be this year's Grand Marshall. 8. ADJOURNMENT Minutes: Curtis Jolly motioned to adjourn. Meghan Henderson 2nd the motion.
