City of Plymouth Police and Fire Commission Meeting Monday, April 14, 2025 @ 5:30 P.M. Room 210 Plymouth City Hall, 128 Smith Street, Plymouth, WI 53073 Members Present: President Mark Melcher, Vice President James Flanagan, Secretary Warren Wieser, Garry Rooker, Tim Lemkuil, and Fire Chief Ryan Pafford. President, Mark Melcher, called the meeting to order at 5:23 P.M. in Room 210 @ City Hall, located at 128 Smith Street, Plymouth, Wisconsin. Entertain a motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Statutes 10.85910 to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any employee over which the commission has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Fire Department Officer hiring process. Motion by Warren Wieser and seconded by James Flanagan to go into closed session. Motion carried. Entertain a motion to go into open session. Motion by Warren Wieser and seconded by Tim Lemkuil to go to open session. Motion carried. Motion by James Flanagan and seconded by Warren Wieser to extend a conditional offer of employment to Zachary Schuh and Amber Shisler for positions as a Firefighter pending Background and Medical/Drug Screening. Motion carried. No further action, motion for adjournment at 6:14 P.M. Motion by Gary Rooker and seconded by Tim Lemkuil. Motion carried.
