COUNCIL CHAMBERS Notice is hereby given that there is a possibility a quorum of the City Council could be present at a meeting on Thursday, March 7, 2013, which would constitute a formal meeting of the Council. The meeting will start at 3:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers. The purpose of the meeting is for the Council and other community leaders to discuss the proposed personal property tax legislation. City Hall and the Council Chamber are accessible to persons with disabilities.
