CITY OF POCATELLO, IDAHO CITY COUNCIL BILLBOARDS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNS TOUR FEBRUARY 27, 2018 AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Council members present for a tour of various billboards and MAYOR/COUNCIL electronic signs located within Pocatello began at Pocatello City MEMBERS Hall, 911 North 7th Avenue. Mayor Blad and Council members PRESENT Heidi Adamson, Rick Cheatum and Jim Johnston were present. Therefore, a quorum of the Council was not present. Other staff members present were Melanie Gygli, Terri Neu, Carl Anderson, Jared Johnson and Konni Kendell. Greg Suttner and Dahrl Suttner were also present. The tour began at 7:00 p.m. City Council members visited multiple areas of the City to view lighting impacts of commercial signs. The tour ended at 8:20 p.m. APPROVED BY: BRIAN C.
