CITY OF POCATELLO, IDAHO CITY COUNCIL TOUR OF BILLBOARDS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNS FEBRUARY 28, 2018 AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Council members present for a tour of billboards and electronic COUNCIL MEMBERS signs were Roger Bray, Rick Cheatum and Linda Leeuwrik. The PRESENT Council met a City Hall and the tour began at 8:00 p.m. Also in attendance was Ruth Whitworth, City Clerk; Terri Neu, Assistant Planner, and Carl Anderson, Senior Planner. Greg Suttner and Dahrl Suttner from Performance Outdoor Advertising facilitated the tour. City Council toured various sign locations in the City.
