NO QUORUM PRESENT Youth Advisory Council luncheon held at 12:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in City Hall, 911 North 7th Avenue, were
Heidi Adamson, Rick Cheatum and Linda Leeuwrik. A quorum of the City Council was not present
therefore minutes were not taken.
