Chair White called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
AGENDA ITEM #1: ROLL CALL
Present: Krystal Chanda, Jill Kirkham (arrived at 6:02 PM), Jack Moore, Richard Phillips, Shin Kue Ryu,
and Kailey White.
Excused: Samantha Stoddard.
Staff: Matthew Lewis and Aceline McCulla.
AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA FOR APRIL 28, 2021.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.

With no further discussion, Chair White closed the meeting at 6:07 P.M.
