Chair White called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
AGENDA ITEM #1: ROLL CALL
Present: Krystal Chanda, Jeremy Marley (arrived at 6:05 PM), Richard Phillips, Shin Kue Ryu, Samantha
Stoddard, and Kailey White.
Excused: Jill Kirkham
Staff: Carl Anderson, Jim Anglesey, Aceline McCulla, and Merril Quayle (arrived at 6:06 PM).
AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA FOR MAY 12, 2021.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.

With no further discussion, Chair White closed the meeting at 6:06 P.M.
