Chanda called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
AGENDA ITEM #1: ROLL CALL
Present: Eugene Bartu, Krystal Chanda, Roger Frey, Adam Geyer, Marjanna Hulet, and Richard Phillips
(arrived at 6:04 p.m.).
Excused: Whitney Fenwick.
Staff: Jim Anglesey and Aceline McCulla.
AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA FOR OCTOBER 11, 2023.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.

With no further discussion, Chanda closed the meeting at 6:12 p.m.
