Chanda called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Eugene Bartu, Krystal Chanda, Whitney Fenwick, Roger Frey, Adam Geyer, Marjanna Hulet,
Richard Phillips (arrived at 6:04).
Staff: Jim Anglesey, Aceline McCulla, and Brent McLane.
AGENDA ITEM #2: DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA FOR NOVEMBER 15, 2023.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.

With no further discussion, Chanda closed the meeting at 6:06 p.m.
