PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSON CLARIFICATION MEETING
JUNE 12, 2024 6:00 PM

Chanda called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM.
1. Roll Call.
Present: Eugene Bartu, Krystal Chanda, Whitney Fenwick, Roger Frey, Adam Geyer, and Richard Phillips.
Excused: Marjanna Hulet.
Staff: Jim Anglesey, Matt Kerbs, Matthew Lewis, Aceline McCulla, Brent McLane, and Merril Quayle.
2. Discussion to Clarify Items on the P&Z Meeting agenda for June 12, 2024.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.
Agenda Item #3: Adjourn.
With no further discussion, Chanda closed the meeting at 6:18 PM.
