Fenwick called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
1. ROLL CALL.
Present: Eugene Bartu, Whitney Fenwick, Roger Frey, and Richard Phillips.
Excused: Adam Geyer and Marjanna Hulet.
Staff: Jen Flynn, Matt Kerbs, Matthew Lewis, Aceline McCulla, Brent McLane, and Merril Quayle.
2. DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY ITEMS ON THE P&Z MEETING AGENDA FOR JULY 17, 2024.
The Commission and staff discussed the agenda items.
3. ADJOURN.
With no further discussion, Fenwick closed the meeting at 6:18 PM.
