In order to address the Vehicle Parking District Commission, each individual must fill out a speaker card, which is available in the lobby of the Council Chambers. Speaker cards must be completed and turned in to the Vehicle Parking District staff at this time. Only those speaker cards turned in to the Vehicle Parking District staff will be allowed to address the Vehicle Parking District Commission. No late cards will be accepted. Each person should state their name and will be allowed to speak once for three (3) minutes. All speakers and persons in the audience must adhere to the Vehicle Parking District Commission Rules of Procedure and Decorum. Public comments may also be submitted via email to VPD@pomonaca .gov by 4:00 p.m. the day of the Vehicle Parking District Commission meeting. Comments must be limited to 200 words.
